VOLUNTEER IDEAS

BUILDING ATHLETES, SPORTSMANSHIP AND MOTIVATION

Here are some volunteer ideas  to help out your team in making a succesful season. Please let your coach know what you would like to do.

Manager:

   - You would need to get volunteers to help out with duties as well as book tournaments, collect team fees, book hotels, hand out scheudles and arragne any fundraising that your team might do. 

Field Maintenance:

    -  Raking the field before and after a game or practice.(this helps with puddles)

    -  Lining the field for games.

    -  Putting the bases in for games and practices.

Score keeping:

    - keeping score during a league/tournament game.

Equipment:

     - Carrying the equipment bag

Water Parent:

     -  Bringing refillable water bottles
